My background

 Counseling, nutritional sciences, education, health coaching, food relationship coaching, and academic coaching.

Education

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Psychology from Pacific University. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University, a Master of Sciences in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, and a Bachelor of Sciences in Education from the University of Oregon. I am a Certified GAPS practitioner and an LPC Intern under the supervision of Dr. Michael Fulop.
